Hello, my name is Kathryn.

For years I struggled with chronic back pain due to my scoliosis.

Sleepless nights, dragging myself through the days, worried that I’d always be limited due to scoliosis.

I reached for quick fixes for energy and spent alot of time at various health clinics.

I couldn’t sit in an office chair without increasing the pain and I didn’t know what I would do for the rest of my life. Or what kind of life I would have.

After learning that quick fixes don’t last, I started to look around for more options. When researching on my own revealed only partial information, I dove deeper.

I discovered that my scoliosis pain wasn’t just coming from my spine — it was also driven by stress and nervous system dysregulation. When I learned to manage my worries and calm my nervous system, my pain began to decrease. What helped me to overcome these challenges included health practitioners, supportive friends and a life overhaul. I changed my job, my living situation, my

focus and my aims. Yoga helped me so much that I changed careers and began training to become a holistic health practitioner. And I even wrote a book on it called Scoliosis Undone: Back Pain Relief with Yoga.

I now have over 25 years of specialized training and real-world experience helping people with scoliosis feel better in their bodies.

I’m happy to say that I now have more confidence, freedom and peace both in my mind and my body.
